Directions 
PCDC is conveniently located at the intersection of Broadway and Cortlandt Street in downtown Manhattan, directly across the street from One Liberty Plaza. 

By Subway:

• 4, 5 to Fulton Street - Exits are located at Broadway & Cortlandt, just east of the entrance to 22 Cortlandt Street. 
• 2, 3 to Park Place - Exit at Church Street and Park Place or Broadway and Park Place, both 5 blocks from north of Cortlandt Street. 
• E to the World Trade Center - This is the end of the line for the E Train. The downtown exit is at Church Street between Vesey and Fulton Street, 2 blocks north of Cortlandt Street. The uptown exit is at Church Street and Park Place, 5 blocks north of Cortlandt Street.
  
• R to Cortlandt Street - Exit at Church Street and Cortlandt Street.
